★Agreement• By purchasing a design/character from me you agree to the T.O.S. Violating any of these terms will result in being blacklisted, blocked, and you won't be able to purchase anything from me in the future.
_________________________________★General• An unwatermarked high quality version will be sent to you once bought through email.• You must be 18+ to buy designs that come with nudity or suggestive art. (ID is required. You may cover the picture if you prefer.)• I have the right to use the artwork/design for promotion. (Uploading it to any of my social media platforms or art gallery).• Make sure you are 100% a serious buyer. Do NOT offer if you don't have the money or compromise. After accepting your offer, be in a stable situation to buy.• BTA/OTA deadlines will vary. The information will be written on the post.• I can refuse to sell you the design for any reason.• You don't need a toyhouse account to own any of my designs. (I don't have one either, but if you do, you're free to add it).• ALWAYS credit me for the design/artwork by writing my username or linking any of my social medias.

★Payment• Payment will be done via ATH móvil (for locals-Puerto Rico) or Venmo.• Full payment upfront.• No payment plans atm.• Holds are allowed for two weeks only. Passed this deadline it will be available for traiding, selling or I have the right to keep it. (For BTA/OTA, it will be given to the highest bitter before you or best offer.)• If you backout from an offer, contact me to let me know.• All payments made are non-refundable. You cannot return an adopt once bought.

★Owning Rights• By purchasing an adopt, you have the rights to the character and design.• As the owner, you are allowed to use the character/design for commercial and personal use. (This includes profit also, as long as it's not my artwork.)• You can make edits or changes on the character/design but please always credit me for the original design.• Regifting and traiding is permited.• Reselling is allowed only for the same amount you paid (or lower), a higher amount is allowed if it has addicional art or items-(fursuit, physical artworks).• You may not remove my watermark off the artwork (my signature) or claim the design creation as your own.• You cannot use the artwork/design for NFT's or AI.• DO NOT involve my artwork/design with Pedo/Zoo/Hate or illegal acts. It will not be tolerated.
